By booking or staying at House of Sheherwali, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience for all guests.
Booking & Paymets
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Payment terms depend on the selected rate plan
- Additional services must be settled before check-out
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
Guest Conduct
- Guests must maintain decorum and respect quiet hours.
- No illegal activities or disturbance to other guests.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Property Rules
- Valid government-issued ID is mandatory at check-in
- PAN card is not accepted as ID proof
- Any damage to property will be chargeable
- Extra mattress available at ₹1000 per night (on request)
- Children may stay free if no extra mattress is required
Liability
House of Sheherwali is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. The property is also not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including natural events or disruptions.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
