Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if done more than 3 days prior to check-in
- Cancellations within 3 days of check-in will incur 100% charge
Peak Season Cancellation Policy
- During peak season or special dates, free cancellation is allowed only if done more than 7 days prior
- Cancellations within 7 days during peak periods will incur 100% charge
No-Show Policy
In case of no-show without prior information, the full booking amount will be charged.
Modification Policy
Any modification of booking dates requires cancellation of the existing booking. New bookings will be subject to availability and prevailing rates.
